A co-host is someone the listing owner adds to their Airbnb account to help run the listing. When Edge is your co-host we can message guests, manage the calendar and pricing, and coordinate cleaning and maintenance, while the listing, its reviews and its payouts stay in your name.

How is co-hosting different from full management?

With full management, Edge lists your home under Edge's own accounts. With co-hosting, the listing stays under yours and we are added to it. The local team, the service and the pricing are the same. What changes is whose account the listing lives in.

Do I keep my reviews and my listing?

Yes. The listing, its reviews and its ratings stay on your account. That is the main reason owners with an established listing choose co-hosting over moving to a manager's account.

How do payouts and fees work?

Airbnb and the other platforms keep paying you directly, exactly as they do now. Edge's management fee is billed separately with a fully itemized monthly statement, so you always see what the home earned and what you paid.

How do I add Edge as a co-host?

In Airbnb, open your listing, go to the Co-hosts section and invite us by email. It takes a couple of minutes and we walk you through it on your intake call. The other platforms have a similar setting.
