Edge offers two levels of short term rental management depending on your needs.

Full Service Management starts at 18% and covers everything — dynamic pricing, platform listing and optimisation across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and direct, guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance management, inspections, and owner reporting. For high-revenue properties, large homes, or owners with multiple units, rates can be negotiated as low as 15% or lower.

Service Only is 10% flat for owners who handle their own bookings and guest communication but need reliable on-the-ground operations — cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and property care handled locally by Edge.
